ANSY FC Hardship policy

Andover New Street Youth Football Club (ANSY FC) is a family-focused, inclusive club providing grassroots football for boys and girls aged 4 -18 in a fun and friendly environment.

The ANSY FC Executive Committee is passionate about making football accessible to all, regardless of physical ability or social or financial circumstances.

We appreciate that the Covid-19 pandemic will have placed an additional strain on many of our families. In cases of financial hardship, the Executive Committee will consider applications for payment plans or financial support to cover all or part of the cost of Club registration fees.

If you are facing financial difficulties and would like to request the support of the Club, please provide the following information in an e-mail to Tess Evans, the Club Membership Secretary to enable your case to be considered:

  • Parent/guardian name

  • Player name

  • Year group & team FOR THE 20/21 SEASON (e.g. U12 Saints)

  • An explanation of the circumstances leading to the request for financial support

  • Type of assistance required (e.g. monthly payment plan, reduction of fees)

  • Any other pertinent information

The Membership Secretary will coordinate the review of the request by the Executive Committee and communicate the decision to the applicant.

All requests will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and considered carefully. The decision of the Executive Committee is final.

Tess Evans, Membership Secretary 20/21
On behalf of the ANSY FC Executive Committee
