First game of the 22/23 season for the U10 vixens at home against a tough Stoneham side.
Some new girls in their first league game for the Vixens this year.
A minutes silence to honor the late queen and then we kicked off the season.
As you can see the team just love playing football and we're outstanding on pitch. We took the lead from a strike from our Ruby, Stoneham as expected didn't stop with the pressure and equalised just after half time.
The Vixens didn't stop and kept attacking the Stoneham goal with their tenacity and great passing play.
Smiles all round by both teams and hugs and handshakes as all the girls were having the best time. Ruby got nominated for our girl of the game and both Freya and Mabel were our captains for the day! Looking forward we are all excited for the season ahead.
