Saturday 22nd October saw the U11 Vixens playing at home against Petersfield Town Juniors.
The girls easily presented as the more skilled and capable side, however, unfortunately they were unable to capitalise on some chances through the game. Despite this they never let their spirits drop, maintaining a fabulous strength and resilient attitude throughout the game.
The opposition pressed hard and the Vixens’ Bobby stepped with a goal low into the bottom corner to show the Vixens don’t ever give up! Regrettably, further few missed chances and goals being conceded ultimately took the game out of the Vixens’ hands.
Team Captain for this week was Isla and Ruby was nominated PoTM by the Opposition for the second week in a row.
Although chasing the score line for much of the game the girls all played brilliantly, some excellent playing was witnessed. The team is going from strength to strength and putting on great displays of football week in week out.
Both the Parents and Coaching Staff are super proud of them all, well done girls!
